However it's not possible to have those kind of citizens here. India is in a different stage of development. Canada would not have been like this say 50 years ago...at least I don't think so. I once quoted the Maslow's need hierachy in one of my comments...and well that is it for us. We cannot progress to a 'higher' level unless our basic needs our satisfied.
