Yesterday I was at hotel Grand Hyatt attending the MBA Fair arranged by The MBA tour. Looking at the number of students, I can safely guess their number to be over 500. The event was managed well and the announcements were systematic. I went there with my friend Vaibhav.

The students however were extremely undisciplined. Hardly anyone had done their homework and were asking the university representatives the dumbest possible questions. Expectedly, they (uni reps) looked very frustrated, and often their answers were blunt. Of course, some of the uni reps were showing off unnecessarily and their superiority complex (about what?) was evident.

Anyway, I thought the fair would highlight the marketing skills of the universities and they would strive hard for the attention of the Indian student. Instead, it highlighted something opposite.

The crowd was good so was Grand Hyatt. Bottom-line: both of us were happy! Heh!
