The basis of comparison is flawed. Hurricanes and Cloud Bursts do not compare.

idiot, the devastation in mumbai is larger than the entire state of maharashtra. secondly, it was a HURRICANE IN THE USA. there was a flood in mumbai. there were winds in excess of 150 mph (almost 300 kpm) which caused the flooding. they had a mandatory evacuation………………..compare apples to apples……….
