Fish market at Akko
The old city of Akko (Acre) is located on the northern shores of Israel. This walled city is fascinating - a large shuk (market), huge mosque, Ottoman citadel, Templar tunnels and a turbulent history. Toronto Tuesday 01.33

‘Toronto Tuesday‘ is a weekly photo feature about random stuff (landmarks, people, culture, seasons, etc.) in the city.

Four absolutely unrelated images
Since I am swamped with work (its first week of school), I am unable to do anything useful (blog-wise). Hence some random pictures for today’s TT post.

6009 Silos, from rural areas east of Toronto city.

5508 Street signs and pedestrian traffic light, York university area.

0121 Heavy traffic, west of downtown Toronto.

1926 How did a bike look before wheels were invented?

Was that what your bike turned out after someone took out the wheels? I remember you saying something like that, although I might be imagining things.

Hey Priyank, cool photos. I think wheels were invented before a bike, lol, just like who was first an egg or chicken, for which they settled for ?????? I better go and check it again, I got confused, lol. Glad that you have a bit time to post, don’t like silence, lol. Anna :)

Hi Anna, yeah I am pretty sure the wheels were invented first, otherwise it won’t make sense. :) I was (and still) quite swamped, hope you are doing good there (are the leaves falling yet?)
