Toronto Tuesday: 01.11

Volume 1, Edition 11

‘Toronto Tuesday‘ is a weekly photo feature about random stuff (landmarks, people, culture, seasons, etc.) in the city.

The long weekend was beautiful!

Queen Street West
Queen Street West
This is from my neighborhood which I love a lot.

Dundas and Bathurst: Toronto Western Hospital
Dundas and Bathurst: A streetcar against an incinerator chimney
Toronto Western Hospital is located at the intersection of Dundas Street West and Bathurst Street.

What did you do on the weekend? I dealt with my annoying website host who had suspended my website for a strange reason. I also went plant shopping, took a very long walk across the town, had vegan Chinese food and some Chilean wine.

That dude on the streetcar looks like one of the latest Bollywood stars – Sajjid, or Shahid, or whatever something Khan!

Your site host doesn’t seem to be very hospitable, more like hostile? :-)

Queen Street West… I actually recognize that scene! And yes, I was surprised one day when your website won’t show up for some technical reason.

That’s cool! How long were you in Toronto? Queen St W is about 6km long and passes through a number of neighborhoods, I’m in Parkdale.

Eh, not long at all, just a weekend. But I suppose I spent enough walking minutes around that area that I remember seeing that shop on the right with the large cursive letters.
